If damage occurs in the apartment, such as a fire, water leak, or similar, contact the appropriate emergency services (112, 114 14, etc.) or, if the situation requires professional and certified repair services, your insurance provider. Notify affected neighbors, who should also contact their insurance providers.

Locked Out
If you are locked out or experiencing other lock-related issues with your apartment door, contact Nokas Emergency Service at 040-93 21 30.

Water
For urgent water-related issues, contact the board.
The main shut-off valve is located in the basement of building C.
For water leaks in the municipal water system (e.g., on sidewalks), report them to VA Syd.

Electricity
The electricity supplier is EON.
For urgent electrical issues, visit EON’s website: www.eon.se.
Contact the board if needed.
Main electrical panels are located near the buildings.

Fire
Follow these steps: Rescue – Warn – Call 112 – Extinguish – Evacuate.
