Getting to know each other gathering

Hi,

After our first very pleasant  meeting we had on 18 March🥰 Our group came up with a very nice suggestion.

Sunday 13 of April from 12:00 we will have a common “Getting to know each other gathering” for all from BRF Kryddfabriken.

We start the grill,  for everyone…  who bring their own food and drink ( to share)…🥳

Best regards

Message from BRF Kryddfabriken’s nomination committee

Hello dear neighbors!

This is the nomination committee for BRF Kryddfabriken.

We are starting earlier this year to look for board members, as some of the current members will be moving out of the association. For several years now, the interest in contributing to the board’s work has been rather low.
We have managed to form a board thanks to the commitment of a few dedicated neighbors who have served for several years, as well as newly moved-in residents. This year, however, the situation is different. Several long-serving members are now stepping down – which means WE NEED YOU!

It is time for us to take turns sharing the responsibility that comes with owning a cooperative apartment. If we cannot gather enough members, we will have to consider other solutions that may result in increased housing costs.

As a member of a cooperative housing association, you have a direct interest in ensuring that the association is well-managed in terms of maintenance, finances, and overall satisfaction. Serving as a board member gives you both a better understanding of how the association operates and the opportunity to contribute and influence our finances and quality of life based on your own experiences and skills. The only requirement is a willingness to take responsibility, roll up your sleeves when needed, and learn new things. Being a board member naturally takes time but also offers a great deal in return! All that is required is a desire to engage and collaborate. None of us are professional board members.

Because the need for motivated members is significant this year, the nomination committee will be knocking on every resident’s door to talk about this personally. This will also be a great opportunity for you to ask questions about what it means to be on the board. We will start with House A next week (Week 4) and will then proceed floor by floor, door by door. However, you don’t need to wait for us to knock. If you’re interested and want to express your interest in board work or have any questions, feel free to email us at valberedningen@brfkryddfabriken.se as soon as possible.

We look forward to working together to form a board with members from all three buildings and with varied lengths of residency!

Warm regards,
Tom Olofsson

Bike Cleaning Process

Hi Neighbours,

We are starting a bike cleaning process to tidy up our yard and remove old or abandoned bicycles. To help with this, we’ve tagged all the bikes in the yard with either red or black tape on the handlebars.

If you own a bike and wish to keep it, please remove the tape from your bike.

Here’s how the process will work:

• Bikes with tape left on the handlebars after 3 months will be gathered and locked in one place.

• After an additional 3 months, any bikes still marked with tape will be collected by a recycling company.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping keep our yard neat and organized. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

Best regards,

The board

Storage rooms in basement marked with Apt No.

Hi neighbours,

The board has now marked all storage rooms in the basement with your apartment number. Please check it and let me know if the marking wasn’t correct.

We will also again say that you should ONLY store your stuff IN YOUR STORAGE ROOM and NOT outside or in the hallway beside the elevator. Please remove moving boxes and furniture!

Paper and Cardboard Bin

Dear Residents,
We would like to inform you that if the bins designated for paper and cardboard are full please refrain from adding any additional waste to these bins until they are collected on Fridays. If the lids cannot close or there is trash placed around the bins, the waste collectors may leave the bins unemptied.
Additionally, we’d like to remind everyone that large cardboard boxes, such as those used for moving or packaging furniture, cannot be disposed of in these bins. We do not have the capacity to manage such items, and they must be taken directly to the garbage dump for proper disposal.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community clean and orderly.
